Shanghai LeadDiscovery Pharmaceutical (LD) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2002, mainly dedicating to designing, screening, synthesizing of lead compound for the novel drugs and providing relevant　services. The company is also engaged in developing, producing and selling of pharmaceutical raw materials medicine and intermediates.

LD's Stories

　　The origin of LD was Shanghai Joint Laboratory of innovation drugs. There are three sponsors founded this laboratory in December 2000. Including Drug Discovery and Design Center (DDDC) of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM), Shanghai Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (FD-ZJ) and Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In November 2002, Shanghai Science Investment Co., Ltd. joined in the investment group and became one of LD's share-holders.
